Mark Sargeant is Gordon's right hand man and a key player in the Gordon "Empire". He's also the co-author of ‘Great British Pub Food’.
Mark has been taking a break from his Head Chef duties at Gordon’s flag-ship Claridges restaurant - he's been working alongside Gordon to open Gordon Ramsay pubs in London.

As you would expect - the dishes are brought right up-to-date - Pears poached in Perry, Pint of Prawns - but the book also includes classic dishes such as Gordon and Mark’s versions of the Treacle Tart. There's not a defrosted pre-packed microwaved meal in sight!
